Job Description:
1. Sales Account Management Pre Sales
Conduct account planning research
Create media plans and campaign strategy aligned to partner objectives, determine opportunity size, flighting, targeting, budget allocation
Manage the account pipeline in SFDC entering new opportunities and updating status on existing
2. Campaign Setup Program Definition
Prepare for and support campaign kick-off calls
Manage creative asset collection, support creative review and approval
Compile bulk sheets for campaign creation and/or editing
Generate keyword lists aligned to campaign strategy
Coordinate measurement studies with Pinterest measurement team to manage setup and compile results for Pinterest account team
3. Pacing Delivery
Execute the delivery of campaign plan under account team oversight
Maintain the custom campaign schedule
Compile supporting detail for account team in seeking Deal Review approval for makegoods
4. Performance Reporting
Manage campaign program performance
Define and test campaign optimization strategies and surface recommendations
Compile weekly campaign reporting and end-of-campaign reports
Identify and compile scale, upsell, reactivation opportunities based on program performance
Analyze and compile program measurement study results
Troubleshoot campaign performance issues, bugs, and support tickets
Qualifications
Ideally 2 years of experience in a target-driven, customer-facing role; sales is preferred.
In-depth, demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing, including understanding of metrics such as CPA, CPC, CPM, and ROAS.
Demonstrated experience using analytical approaches to solving business problems.
Demonstrable ability to train and educate advertisers on solutions including how to create and optimize campaigns.
Demonstrable ability to understand, validate, and overcome customer objections by crafting a compelling marketing plan to use Pinterest's platform functionality to achieve advertisers' goals.
Ability to learn quickly and maintain current, comprehensive knowledge of the client's products and services.
Tech-savvy with an affinity for innovative and emerging technology.
Proven experience in working toward quarterly goals, in a KPI-driven environment.
