Liberty Recycling is a growing brand committed to promoting sustainable living through the sale of pre-loved clothing, footwear and more for men, women, and children. As we prepare to open our exciting new store on Patrick Street, Cork City Centre, we are looking for an energetic and driven Store Manager to help lead our team, grow our brand, and provide excellent customer service to the local community.
Role Overview:
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all store operations, including the development and growth of our brand, team management, and creating a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will play a key role in recruiting and training volunteers and Tús staff, and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities within the store. Your efforts will help drive the success of our store while contributing to Liberty Recycling’s sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Store Management: Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, pricing, and store merchandising.
* Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of volunteers and Tús staff to ensure a productive and positive working environment.
* Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer needs, inquiries, and feedback promptly.
* Brand Development: Help develop and promote the Liberty Recycling brand through engaging displays, marketing efforts, and community outreach.
* Sales and Stock Management: Monitor sales targets, manage inventory, and ensure the store is stocked with quality products at all times.
* Health & Safety: Ensure the store complies with all health and safety regulations.
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous retail management experience, preferably in a clothing retail environment.
* Energetic, self-motivated, and able to inspire a team.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* A passion for sustainability and community-driven initiatives.
* Flexible, with the ability to manage a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
Working Hours:
* Full-time (40 hours per week)
* Monday - Saturday: 09:00 - 18:00
* Sunday: 12:00 - 16:00
