About the Role:
Our client based in Kildare seeks a dedicated Administrator to join their team. This is an exciting and busy role, where you will be the go-to person for client inquiries, laboratory coordination, and essential administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
* Handle all incoming client inquiries via phone and email, providing clear and prompt responses. Maintain and update client records.
* Coordinate effectively with team members to address client requests and ensure timely service. Manage logistics for client sample collections.
* Prepare and distribute client reports and other necessary communications.
* Provide essential admin support and assist with data entry, and provide support to the commercial and marketing teams, particularly with digital platforms.
Essential Skills & Qualities
* 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a medical or laboratory environment. Third-level education is beneficial.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders
* Familiarity with CRM software's and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
* Understanding of medical terminology and laboratory procedures.
* Commitment to confidentiality, adaptability, and a strong collaborative spirit.
