Job Description
Purpose of the role is to provide the highest possible standards of support to those who use our clients' service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the Person in Charge for existing services ensuring compliance with the Department of Health Regulations and HIQA Standards.
* Manage residential services with a focus on providing high-quality care and support.
* Oversee staff management, including recruitment, training, and supervision.
* Maintain accurate records and reports as required by legislation and HIQA standards.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years of managerial experience within a Social Care Setting.
* A professional degree (min level 7) in Social Care or relevant qualification.
* Experience in managing residential services.
* Level 6 management qualification.
* Full driving license and access to own transport.
* Working knowledge of legislation and HIQA standards of care.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with autism.
