Principal Accountabilities:
* Machine precision tooling parts to high-quality standards as per provided engineering drawings.
* Ensure all specifications and tolerances are met for manufactured tooling parts.
* Continuously improve efficiency in part manufacturing processes.
* Design and create production aids and fixturing to support tooling part manufacturing.
* Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of toolroom equipment.
* Maintain toolroom cleanliness and ensure adherence to housekeeping standards.
* Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Company.
Qualification, Experience and Knowledge:
* Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong team player with the capability to work collaboratively or independently.
* Proficient in English, with good reading and writing skills.
* Fully Qualified Toolmaker with experience in toolroom operations.
* Previous experience in mould making is advantageous.
* Proficient in operating tool room equipment such as lathes, mills, and surface grinders.
* Experience in EDM machining is a plus.
* Familiarity with CNC machining is beneficial.
