We currently have a vacancy within our Dublin based Service Centre for a Service & Aftermarket Sales Manager to join our team to cover servicing and installation of Industrial, Municipal and Commercial wastewater and stormwater pumping equipment.
We are looking for a/an Service & Aftermarket Sales Manager to join our FE_WIBU team in Ireland .
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic account plans focusing on expanding Sulzer presence in the Aftermarket sector.
2. Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
3. Develop existing accounts to maximize business potential. Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders within existing customer service base understanding their unique needs and challenges.
4. Support our established Service business by optimising and planning service scheduling with follow-up on potential opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
5. Proven track record in technical sales, demonstrating a deep understanding of the sales and service processes.
6. Background in providing services to the Water Industry is preferred; experience with electro-mechanical/rotating equipment (e.g., pumps, mixers, blowers, turbines, compressors) is essential.
7. Motivation to grow existing accounts and explore new business opportunities.
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
9. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
10. Willingness to travel; a Full Drivers Licence is essential.
