Rapid Responders need to be available 5 days per week 8am to 9pm and every second weekend.

The Role
Drogheda and surrounding areas
The role entails effectively dealing with emergency response issues in the community, covering client calls while encompassing compassion, good communication and organisational skills, while providing high quality care to our clients in the Community.
Rapid Responder Responsibilities:
Effectively deal with emergency response issues in the Community Carry out all tasks relating to the direct care of clients as per each individual Care Plan.
Providing high quality care, safety and well-being to all clients. Assist with medication prompting as per the Care Plan Provide assistance with personal care, showering, toileting and dressing Preparing meals and light household duties.
Documenting any issues of concern and report as appropriate and as per company policy.
We want to hear from Health Care Assistants who have:
* A reliable, caring nature
* Must have a valid driving licence and access to a car, or an electric bicycle
* Experience in delivering care either in a professional or personal capacity
* A minimum of QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or equivalent
* Eligibility to work in Ireland
