We are currently recruiting for a Sommelier to join our Resort.
Working as a part of our Food and Beverage Team and directly with our fantastic Head Sommelier, you will oversee one of the best wine cellars in the country.
Our current wine listings include an extensive range of over 780 labels from 20 different countries and vintages dating back to 1934.
We are looking for experienced beverage professionals as exceptional as the hotel itself.
We have created a Sommelier Team consisting of knowledgeable and passionate wine professionals who assist in creating, enhancing, and maintaining a strong and vibrant culture for wine throughout the resort.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Candidates must hold a WSET/CMS Level 2 (or equivalent).
2. At least 2 years' experience as Sommelier in the luxury hospitality industry.
3. Solid knowledge of French and New World wines.
4. Ability to work under pressure.
