You will collaborate with clients to design, implement and evaluate comprehensive learning strategies to enhance the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of our clients.Your key responsibilitiesDevelop strategic training and change management plans aligned with client / organisational goals and best practices.Experience in the full project lifecycle, from concept through to implementation.Provide support in all areas of organisational design; change management, culture, leadership/team effectiveness and support for other strategic initiatives.Design and customise training and change management programmes, workshops and materials tailored to client needs.Experience in end-to-end project management of training and change programmes for clients.Lead the development of project plans including defining the scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.Create and maintain project governance, track progress, and identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful completion of projects.Incorporate innovative learning and change methodologies, technologies to enhance engagement and effectiveness.Implement programme evaluation frameworks / mechanisms to assess the impact and effectiveness of training and change initiatives.Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Play an active role in growing our business by identifying potential business opportunities and supporting business proposals.To qualify for the role, you must haveDegree qualified and have relevant professional experience; preferably prior consulting experience in a client-facing role on large or complex transformation programmes.Experience in using relevant training / L&D tools, templates, and change management methodologies.Professional credibility and demonstrated expertise.Strong personal impact and resilience; able to influence clients and stakeholders to gain support for major changes and key decisions.Pragmatic approach to solving issues and gaining client agreement.Able to analyse complex problems and deliver insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions.Focused on achieving project / programme goals and objectives.Experience of full project lifecycle from concept through to implementation.Proven experience structuring and managing projects or programmes of work which meet client expectations and mitigate risks or issues.What working at EY offersWe offer a competitive remuneration package.
