Your New Role - Mechanical R&D Engineer
As a key member of the R&D department, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and testing next-generation cooling solutions for data centers.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop innovative cooling solutions for data centers, leveraging your expertise in thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer principles.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive new product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
* Support production and implementation phases by providing technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
* Participate in design reviews, ensuring that solutions meet both performance and sustainability requirements.
* Work closely with the R&D lab team to perform performance testing and validation on prototypes, documenting results and refining designs accordingly.
* Assist with prototype builds to gain hands-on insights into design effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

What We're Looking For
* To excel in this role, you should have:
* A third-level qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in mechanical design, ideally within an OEM environment.
* Strong proficiency in SolidWorks and other relevant design software.
* A solid understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer principles.
* Experience working with HVAC components and systems.
* Hands-on experience with prototype development, testing methodologies, and data analysis.
* Knowledge of sheet metal, piping systems, and process cooling water systems design.
