Your Role as a Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant
* Strategically source, engage, and place top talent in the temporary job market using advanced tools and platforms, including our internal database, LinkedIn, and job boards.
* Drive business development and foster new client relationships, ensuring a strong pipeline and sustained growth.
* Manage and expand key client accounts, providing consultative guidance and cross-selling FRS Recruitment's services.
* Take ownership of high-profile recruitment projects and lead on complex, high-value assignments.
* Set the standard for excellence by mentoring junior consultants, sharing expertise, and promoting best practices within the team.
* Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs, contributing to the overall success of the national team.
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, delivering a superior recruitment experience.
Requirements
* Proven Expertise: Experience working as a Senior or Principal Recruiter in a performance focused recruitment role, preferably within a permanent or contract staffing agency.
* Business Development Skills: A strong track record in growing client portfolios and driving revenue.

Salary:
£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus uncapped commissions and quarterly performance bonuses.
