Job Title: Motor Claims Handler
A leading global insurance company in Dublin seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Claims Handler to join its growing Motor Claims team. The successful candidate will work across various areas, including Motor Damage and Personal Injury claims.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of claims files, interacting with customers regularly to ensure satisfactory resolution.
* Deliver exceptional written and verbal communication to customers, demonstrating a strong attention to detail.
* Collaborate closely with the wider claims team to bring cases to a timely and efficient resolution.
* Navigate complex Personal Injury cases, utilizing excellent customer relationship management skills.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a Motor Claims role.
* CIP qualification or equivalent.
* Demonstrated working knowledge of Motor Damage or Personal Injury Claims.
