Objectives
As an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong digital focus you are responsible for our local Marketing and Digital Lead Generation Strategy. Your ultimate goal is to build local brand awareness, drive sales online and bring traffic to our website. Reporting to the Managing Director, with a matrix reporting line to our group marketing function in Germany, you will act as a key member of the management team. The role will require a highly passionate, energetic, analytical and creative individual with proven digital experience in lead generation activity online, content generation and driving a digital sales and marketing strategy. As a successful candidate you will be quick to understand our solutions value proposition, our brand, and our tone of voice. You are comfortable working in a matrix environment with an ability to adopt group standards whilst at the same time adapting the marketing and digital strategy for our local market. You will have significant experience in digital and performance marketing, be able to work autonomously, at pace and be incredibly self-driven.
Responsibilities
* Define the local Marketing in line with global strategy. In particular Digital Marketing strategy to help achieve the company’s growth plans over the next years.
* Drive the strategy and the optimisation of lead/sales generation activity that will increase both online sales and assisted sales through our local branches.
* Work with global Marketing and local management team to identify trends and themes of interest to various audience groups and develop the various content plans and assets in line with these.
* Manage the marketing costs. Ensure spend is tracked back to impact and performance.
* Monitor and measure the performance of the websites, campaigns and other goals – provide the information in clear and concise reports.
* Adapt global content (both online and offline), if necessary generate, write, and package local content, tailored to various audiences.
* Implement and manage Employer Branding activities, in collaboration with the HR, promoting GRENKE core values, with the aim of positioning GRENKE as a "Great Place to Work".
* Manage and supervise the organisation of events (including online events), with the preparation of supporting material, in line with the budget.
Requirements
* Academic degree in marketing, digital marketing, business administration, communication sciences or similar.
* At least 5 years of professional experience in a marketing envirnoment.
