Kitchen Porter
We are seeking a Kitchen Porter for an exciting opportunity within the Maldron Hotel Dublin Airport.
The finest hotel at Dublin Airport, Maldron Hotel is situated within 3 minutes walk of Terminals 1 and 2.

Objective of the Role:
Reporting to the Head/Sous Chef, the Kitchen Porter will support the chef and kitchen team in maintaining hygiene & cleanliness levels in the kitchens.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining a supply of clean ware / cooking ware & kitchen utensils at all times
2. Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchens at all times
3. Work alongside the chef team to maintain HACCP standards
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a kitchen
* Flexibility in working hours as role includes mornings/evenings & weekends
* Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative
