Deputy Manager Opportunity
Lifestyles has an exciting opportunity for a driven leader to join our team as Deputy Manager.
About the Role
You will work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to create a therapeutic and safe environment for young people aged 6-12 years.

Key Responsibilities
1. Guide your team to deliver high standards of care and adhere to regulatory requirements.
2. Work collaboratively with children's services, health agencies, and community services to ensure effective support.
3. Take responsibility for complex cases and situations.
4. Apply safeguarding procedures and ensure compliance with organisational policies.
5. Provide comprehensive staff supervision and accurate staffing reports.
6. Oversee budgets, staff rotas, and service level reports.
7. Facilitate team meetings and outside agency meetings.
8. Support the Registered Manager with new referrals and compatibility assessments.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' experience working with behaviours of concern.
* Minimum 2 years' experience leading teams and managing services in the care sector.
* Degree-level Social Work qualification.
* Full clean UK Driver's License (12 months).
* Northern Ireland Social Care Council Registration and Enhanced Access NI.
