Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate construction activities on a high-profile project in Cork. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all CSA aspects of the project are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee all CSA construction activities on-site.
* Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
* Monitor progress and report on project status to senior management.
* Identify and mitigate risks associated with CSA construction activities.
* Implement and maintain health, safety, and environmental procedures.
* Ensure efficient resource allocation, including materials, labour, and equipment.
* Attend project meetings and provide technical input as required.
* Work collaboratively with the wider project team to achieve key milestones.
Requirements:
* Degree or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
* Proven experience in CSA construction management, ideally within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced construction environment.
* Experience working on large-scale projects from inception to completion.
* Proficiency in construction management software and reporting tools.
