Job Title: Facilities Contracts Manager

Main Responsibilities:
* Formulate and manage contract budgets to ensure effective cost control and alignment with financial objectives.
* Promote company aims by delivering on quality levels and customer support objectives central to their core business.
* Ensure safe working environments for subcontractors, providing the necessary facilities for uninterrupted operations.
* Oversee maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment in compliance with site-specific and regulatory requirements.
* Develop and implement Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for each client and subcontractor to enhance performance and accountability.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-focused FM role.
* Proven experience in facilities management or contract management.
* Strong financial acumen with experience in budget formulation and cost control.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and subcontractor engagement.
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to facilities management and safety standards.
* Ability to implement quality measures and continuous improvement processes.
* Third-Level qualification or equivalent.
* Financial and budgetary experience/Project management experience.
* Energy management experience/qualification would be advantageous.
* People management experience.
* Full Clean driver's license.
