Job Title:
Data Analyst Salesforce and Excel for Dashboard Reports
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and prioritize leads from the Demand Generation COE team and partner Concentrix.
* Monitor lead generation campaign execution and maintain governance over lead quantity and quality.
* Liaise with Concentrix Management and collect campaign feedback on behalf of the Database Marketing team.
* Manage Lead Qualification dashboards and In-House reporting.
* Collaborate with stakeholders on active campaigns and review/escalate quality feedback.
* Partner with ABM, GTM, and Growth teams to support global lead generation programs.
* Identify areas of inefficiency within lead qualification and propose scalable solutions.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of B2B lead generation experience, preferably with global experience.
* Proven understanding of commercial data and its application in marketing and sales campaigns.
* Working knowledge of relevant technologies: Salesforce, Teradata, Eloqua, JIRA, Excel.
* Ability to drive collaboration in a matrixed environment and thrive in an unstructured setting.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and results-oriented skills.
