The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and identifying top engineering talent for specialized technical positions within the Life Sciences industry.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical positions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
* Utilize tools such as LinkedIn and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to develop a network of qualified candidates.
* Conduct industry research to understand market conditions and source passive candidates.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear, professional, and timely communication.
* Conduct interviews with technical candidates, assess their suitability for open positions, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Qualifications
* Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering or Business or a combination of education.
* 3 years industry experience.
* Computer Skills: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
