As an Operations Supervisor at UPS Healthcare, you supervise the daily activities for an account, department, or station of our Healthcare warehouse operations. Ready to deliver healthcare solutions with speed, visibility and a big smile?
What you’ll do
As an Operations Supervisor Healthcare your performance is of real value for our Healthcare clients and their customers. You ensure proper flow of healthcare goods into and out of the warehouse and keep a constant eye on how processes can be improved. You keep track of the operations performance, the productivity of your employees and how to coach them. You do so by spending time in the facility supporting the team to ensure the daily workload is processed in a timely manner and according to UPS standards. You provide feedback when you see room for improvement, and implement new processes where needed. You take ownership of addressing service or quality concerns, and report on trends, forecasts and performance. Furthermore, you manage and establish relationships with healthcare vendors, participate in customer meetings and leverage customer knowledge to identify business opportunities.

What you’ll need
* A bachelor’s or master’s degree in logistics or supply chain management.
* A few years of experience in a supervising or leadership role
* Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills, which make you able to coach a team through process improvement.
* An analytical and proactive personality.
