Steripack Group is seeking a skilled and motivated CRM Manager to lead our customer relationship management initiatives and drive business growth through effective CRM strategies and technologies. This is a newly created and crucial role where you will support the business by driving better insights, communication, and analysis of existing customers. This role will report directly to the CTO to create operational reports from our CRM, such as pipeline, prospects, customer sales, product sales, etc., which is crucial to increasing understanding of customer behaviors and helping form strategies to impact.
The ideal person will have a mix of business intelligence skills focused on finding insights through PowerBI and Excel reports, along with analytical depth focused on data improvement with the current CRM system (MS Dynamics).
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.Lead the implementation, customization, and maintenance of the CRM platform to support sales, marketing, and customer service activities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and workflows within the CRM system.Responsible for the creation of a suite of Power BI Reports designed to provide a wide range of insights to stakeholders in commercial, operations, and sales.Collaborate with the wider business to ensure that analyses and insights created are understood, accurate, and incorporated back into the CRM system.Monitor and audit data imports to the CRM to ensure optimal approaches are taken to data freshness and accuracy.Provide training and support to employees to ensure effective utilization of the CRM system.Analyze customer data and derive actionable insights to inform targeted marketing campaigns and sales strategies.Monitor and optimize CRM performance metrics, such as conversion rates, lead generation, and customer acquisition costs.Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to track KPIs and communicate insights to management and stakeholders.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND BEHAVIOURS: Degree/Post Graduate level education in Engineering or Science.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.Previous experience working in a CRM team environment, collaborating with multiple stakeholders across a business.Proven experience (5+ years) in CRM management or administration, preferably in the healthcare or life sciences industry.Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms).Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage complex data.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.Ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.SteriPack Group is an equal opportunities employer.
