An experienced Supply Chain Manager has a new opportunity to join a globally recognised technology company.
This role allows you to support the EMEA supply chain team, helping to deliver hardware and software products and services to partners and consumers to maximise business value.
In this position, you'll collaborate with partners to meet and exceed service level expectations while optimising inventory levels to enable business groups to meet or exceed revenue goals.
Sounds interesting, what will I be responsible for? Manage customer relationships and supply chain performance, including forecasting, demand fulfilment, availability, exception management, and new logistics services.Align Sales and Supply teams to balance demand, achieve targets, and manage availability.Oversee order management, delivery, and inventory optimisation to maximize revenue and support key customers.Improve sales planning accuracy using availability data and risk management.Monitor key business metrics to drive continuous improvement and process adherence.Lead demand planning for products, ensuring supply optimisation and inventory balance.Utilize demand/supply reconciliation and sell-down plans to meet financial targets.Support regional performance (Sell In/Sell Thru, inventory management, gap analysis).Drive process optimisation and cross-team improvements, including inventory analysis and rework recommendations.Lead stakeholder engagement on cost-saving initiatives, best practices, and team programs.What are the required skills and experience? The ideal candidate has 4+ years' experience in supply chain, inventory management, or sales operations.
They should have expertise in demand and supply planning, channel management, and driving system and process improvements across the Order to Cash cycle.
A proven ability to identify opportunities, manage programs, and mitigate risks is essential. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills are key, along with a data-driven mindset.
The candidate should be highly analytical and detail-oriented while maintaining the ability to step back and derive strategic business conclusions. This opportunity is a contract ending 30/06/2025 (Potential to extend to 15-month contract), hybrid in Dublin 1-2 days/week, paying up to €73,700 per annum pro rata.
