We strive to provide consistent, high-quality advice, support and information to every person with Down syndrome to ensure that whatever their stage of life, they have a network to support them.
With a national office and 25 branches nationwide, DSI provides specialist support and services across a multitude of areas that enhance the lives of people with Down syndrome and their families.
DSI are now looking to appoint a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead their organisation and continue to grow and develop the strong foundations that have been put in place.
The CEO oversees the organisation's overall direction, management, and administration.
This is an ambitious post, which requires exceptional strategic vision, outstanding leadership, and management abilities.
As the CEO of DSI, reporting to the Board, you will build upon the solid foundations already established and guide the organisation and its team through strategic advancement.
You will be a visionary leader who can effectively inspire and influence others on a transformative journey.
Your career to date will demonstrate an effective leader with experience in progressively driving an organisation's strategic growth.
