We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to support our production site in Campsie, Ireland. As a key member of the HR team, you will work closely with Operational Managers to develop and implement people strategies that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Utilize HR systems to build and report on employee-based KPIs, ensuring informed decision-making across the organization.
* Monitor HR data to ensure accuracy and quality, providing insights to support business objectives.
* Offer HR advice, guidance, and support to management and staff, adhering to company policy and employment legislation.
* Assist with HR system integration and change management initiatives.
* Provide HR support to managers, helping them achieve their objectives and manage staff effectively.
* Collaborate with HR managers to drive HR-related business initiatives and improvements.
* Identify and evaluate development needs within the business, contributing to departmental development plans.
* Implement and monitor company HR procedures and compliance.
* Work with recruitment providers and hiring managers to attract suitably qualified candidates.
* Use HR expertise to resolve issues efficiently and minimize costs.
Additional responsibilities include general HR administration, personnel record maintenance, and payroll data provision.
Requirements:
* 3 years of experience in an HR-related function with employee relations experience.
* HR or relevant degree advantageous.
* Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion, HCM, and ORC beneficial.
* Strong IT acumen and ability to understand HR databases and MS Office applications.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
The successful candidate will be based at our manufacturing site in Campsie, with occasional travel (10%) to other sites in Ireland.
