Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Deskside Support Engineer to join our team in Dublin.
This is a full-time, on-site position that requires the candidate to work at our location in Dublin city.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a technical support environment and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
Main Responsibilities:
* Monitoring and management of Windows support and configuration
* Supporting Windows Desktops, Outlook, Networks, MS Office, and O365
* Configuration of Microsoft Server, Exchange, and Active Directory
* Maintenance and development of current documentation
* Hardware desktop troubleshooting
* Interaction with and management of third-party vendors
* Application troubleshooting and support
* Configuration and support of mobile devices
Requirements:
* At least one year of experience working in a technical support environment
* Level 1 support for Windows Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and MS Office
* Office 365 and virtualization experience advantageous
* Possession of a Microsoft Specialist certification in Windows or a Microsoft MCP for Client or Server OS
* Alternatively, Comptia A or Net+ certifications
