IT Support & Logistics Analyst
Location: This role will be performed in a hybrid capacity at our Cork, Ireland location.
BlueVoyant is seeking an IT Support & Logistics Analyst to help us scale, organize and support our functions. What you will do:
* Take on day-to-day support requests as they appear in the queue, delivering high quality solutions for our end-users.
* Assist other members of Corporate IT with tasks as needed.
* Coordinate with IT Director on asset management and inventory tracking.
* Oversee shipping and returns of hardware and peripherals for end users.
* Proactively organize and maintain warehousing of IT inventory.
* Setup and ship computers to end users, while maintaining accurate hardware inventory.
Qualifications:
* Strong desire to learn new and emerging technologies.
* Experience supporting users with macOS, Windows, Okta, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack and Teams is desirable but not required.
* Organized and methodical with the ability to follow through on completing tasks assigned as part of independent workflows.
* Previous experience with JIRA Service Desk is a plus.
* Experience with basic MDM troubleshooting is a plus.
* Experience in the tracking project tasks and creating documentation is desirable.
* Previous participation in agile sprints a plus.
* Experience working under industry standard security / compliance frameworks is a plus.
* Experience in the organization and tracking of IT assets.
