Finance Change & Transformation Senior Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and deliver transformative finance projects, defining, planning, and executing initiatives to enhance efficiency, improve data accuracy, and streamline financial processes.
* Leverage data-driven insights and emerging technologies like AI, machine learning, and automation to optimize operations.
* Develop strategic roadmaps for finance transformation, aligning with business objectives.
* Champion continuous improvement within the finance team by fostering a culture of innovation.
* Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging automation and technology where possible.
* Drive the adoption of best practices and ensure adherence to financial controls.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
* Influence decision-making related to finance transformation initiatives.
Requirements:
* 7+ years of experience in strategic change management and project delivery within a finance or related environment.
* A proven track record of delivering complex finance projects, focusing on process improvement, automation, or technology implementation.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address challenges proactively.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, effectively communicating complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.
* Proven leadership and influencing skills, driving change and building consensus across different levels of the organization.
* A strong understanding of financial principles and best practices.
* Project Management certifications, such as PMP or Prince2.
* Experience with ERP systems, including SAP or Oracle.
* Background in Financial Services or Banking industries.
