National Account Manager - Ireland

This rare role has become available as our exclusive client, a successful and globally respected name in the animal health sector, are looking to continue growth and sell directly into the Irish veterinary market.
This position will offer the right individual the chance to develop and grow a strong market where there is currently hugely untapped potential. Our client has an exciting and varied current portfolio across the Large Animal sector and an ongoing roll-out of a growing Companion Animal product portfolio.
Requirements
Extensive experience in sales within Animal Health, Veterinary or Pharmaceuticals
Strong stakeholder engagement experience, both internally and externally
Knowledge of the veterinary industry and its structure
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting professional relationships
A resilient self-starter who is highly motivated and can act on their own initiative
Clean driving license
Located in Ireland, with a willingness travel when needed
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
Implement a tried and tested business plan and spearhead new growth opportunities
Passionate brand advocate, championing the products and working with stakeholders to maximise business potential
Strong Excel and office skills
Manage customer negotiations and renewals
