DESCRIPTION
The Real Estate Development Associate (REDA) will support the Real Estate Development Management Team (REDMT). You will manage documentation, coordinate meetings, track project progress, support cost and change management, and implement process improvements. You will display exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in project management tools to facilitate seamless project execution and effective stakeholder communication. You will balance your contribution equally across all team members having regard for their respective workloads and your manager's stated priorities.

Key job responsibilities:
1. Maintain and organize project documentation, including the Development Business Plan (DBP), Monthly Development Reports (MDR), and Development Risk Registers.
2. Coordinate internal meetings for development projects and track action items to ensure timely completion.
3. Collect data and inputs for the Master Monthly Development Report.
4. Maintain clear communication with both internal and external stakeholders, managing documentation to ensure transparency and consistency.
5. Standardize and manage centralized document templates to promote project consistency.
6. Write and manage CARs (Capital Appropriation Requests) for the REDM team and collaborating teams.
7. Managing and coordinating support requests to the team via internal tickets, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
8. Maintain accurate records on Salesforce systems, updating key project milestones, dates, and contractual terms as needed.
9. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all relevant systems to support seamless project execution and reporting.
10. Support development of Master Service Agreements, Work Orders, and other contractual documents.
11. Implement process improvement initiatives.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional project and process management skills with capacity to manage a large number of competing priorities simultaneously and work to tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management systems.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
