Employment Law Consultant
We are seeking an Employment Law Consultant to provide expert advice on all aspects of HR and employment law.
Main Tasks:
* Support clients with timely and quality advice while adhering to company policies, procedures, and SLAs.
* Own and lead cases to resolution, building relationships with clients through each interaction.
* Manage workload and diary according to Company protocol.
* Liaise with clients via video conference, telephone, and email to create bespoke employment documentation.
* Present HR and employment law training to client and non-client groups.
* Record work via internal computerised systems.
* Produce daily and weekly reports as required.
Requirements:
* Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR.
* Exceptional communication skills.
* Professional and confident manner when interacting with clients.
* Excellent written English.
* Attention to detail.
* Able to prioritise workload under pressure.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Able to present information accurately.
* Excellent word processing skills.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
