This is a full-time permanent position requiring 169 hours of work per month. The salary for this role is between €53,621 and €62,619.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the service and of the staff team. They must be innovative in their approach and take responsibility for the provision of a high-quality person-centred service in line with organisational standards and be committed to the promotion of social inclusion and community participation.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

* A Level 7 or 8 qualification in Social Care
">
* A Level 6 qualification in Management
">
* A minimum of 3 years' experience working in Intellectual Disability services
">
* 3 years' Supervisory or Management experience in Social Care
">
* A Full Driving Licence and access to your own transport
