The company is celebrating 14 years of serving clients in Ireland and is offering an attractive salary package along with hybrid working, offices located in Ennis, Co Clare Purpose of Role Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Payroll Specialist will work closely with the team to deliver weekly and monthly payroll runs accurately and within strict deadlines.
Key Function Providing world class customer service to employee payroll queries.
Generating timesheets from our rostering system in a timely manner.
Review and ensure accuracy of approved advances, travel expenses and BIK.
Reconciliation of payroll files weekly and monthly.
Keep abreast with company policies and tax legislation that impact on remuneration.
Continuous improvement of all payroll processes across the finance team by liaising with HR and IT.
Qualifications and skills Working knowledge of ROS and pay legislation Experienced in using payroll systems Very strong attention to detail Strong Microsoft excel skills Good Communicator, both verbal and written Experience 2+ years experience in a similar role Experience in the healthcare sector extremely desirable Experience in working in a growing and changing environment Family Principles IROAR.
