Partner Sales Specialist | Hybrid in Dublin | Contract until end of June 2025 | €55,000 / annum

A new opportunity is opening up for a Partner Sales Specialist to join one of the world’s most recognised names in technology and a chance to help drive digital transformation for organisations by ensuring an active and engaged channel ecosystem aligned to their customers’ needs.
In this role you will spearhead connections between internal sellers and partner businesses to deliver solutions to end customers.
Sounds interesting, what will I be responsible for?
1. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, set expectations, and build trust. Support partner strategy through solution/practice maps and marketing campaigns. Drive leads, enable partner-to-partner collaborations, and provide feedback on coverage and campaigns.
2. Manage co-selling for strategic solution partners, supporting account teams and connecting partners with sales to drive pipeline and consumption. Own targets for IP and service co-sell metrics.
3. Develop and prioritize co-sell pipelines, ensuring alignment with targets. Support forecasting and account/territory planning to address gaps.
4. Capture partner and customer feedback to remove blockers, improve pipeline velocity, and reduce friction. Ensure compliance with sales policies while driving partner sales.
What are the required skills and experience?
The ideal candidate has strong experience in core sales, channel sales, industry or solution selling, or business development, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and build strategic partnerships.
You excel in stakeholder management, effectively collaborating with internal teams and external partners to align business objectives and maximize opportunities.
With strong communication skills, you can articulate value propositions, influence decision-makers, and foster long-term relationships.
You demonstrate an analytical proficiency enabling you to interpret reports, leverage data-driven insights, and utilise various tools to optimize sales strategies and performance.
This opportunity is for a contract ending 30/06/2025 (Potential to extend to 18-month contract), Based in Dublin, hybrid, 2-3 days in the week, paying from €55,000 per annum pro rata. To hear more about this position or to discuss your suitability, please apply today!
