An exciting part-time (7 hours a week) opportunity opened in Cork for a Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant.
Your new role
1. Verification, allocation and posting of transactions to accounting system.
2. Balancing the general ledger through the preparation of a trial balance.
3. Support invoices and track invoices.
4. Monthly management accounts preparation.
5. Monthly issuing of invoices to customers.
6. Bank reconciliations.
7. Other administrative duties on a request basis from management.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Highly proficient IT skills
2. Excellent communication skills
3. 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
