Job Title: Project Manager
About the Company:
My client is a progressive Tier 1 Building Contractor who specialises in commercial and industrial projects valued over €100M across Ireland.
This role would suit an experienced Project Manager who has managed high volume projects in both the residential and commercial sectors as projects range across multiple industry sectors, including hospitality, educational, healthcare, pharma, and data centre.

The Role:
* Coordinate and monitor construction drawings, specifications, and work requirements.
* Liaise with the design team to ensure works are completed according to the programme.
* Report to and support the Contracts Director and Construction Director to ensure smooth completion of projects.
* Monitor and manage project budget.
* Direct and manage personnel, site staff, and subcontractors and manage and coordinate weekly progress meetings, workshops, and plan actions.
* Monitor construction to ensure quality of work and coordinate and liaise with Projects Manager, Site Engineers, and Service Coordinators to ensure all personnel have accurate and timely information.
Requirements:
* Degree in Construction Management or similar (Third-level qualification) is essential.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager with a Main Contractor or Property Developer in Ireland.
* Proven record of overseeing projects valued over €20M from inception to completion.
* Background in engineering is desirable.
* Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines and update the programme when necessary.
* Experience managing multiple subcontractors at a time.
* Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint with Excellent IT skills and good digital and visual presentational skills.
