**Part-Time HR Manager Role**
We are currently seeking a skilled Part-Time HR Manager to support our client's financial services company in Tralee, County Kerry. This role will play a pivotal part in various aspects of Human Resources, including Employee Engagement, legal Compliance, compensation, and Benefits.
This is a part-time position, working on-site in Tralee, County Kerry. As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining effective HR strategies and policies that align with the company's objectives.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR Function
* In-depth technical and working knowledge of employment legislation
* A proven ability to manage sensitive employment matters in a professional manner
* An educational background in HR, preferably at CIPD or degree level
Your responsibilities will include:
* Developing and implementing HR strategies and policies
* Coordinating recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring
* Managing employee relations and performance management
* Administering compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
* Facilitating employee training and development initiatives
* Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation
* Staying up-to-date on labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance
* Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
* Collaborating with management to address HR-related issues and provide strategic guidance
