Joining 3Q as a Senior Recruiter:
3Q Recruitment is a specialist hospitality and healthcare recruitment agency focused on placing catering temps into hospital contracts daily and recruiting permanent nurses of all grades and specialisms for our hiring clients nationwide. We work with private and public sector hospitals, community organizations, charities, and private clients to deliver qualified and competent Temps for urgent or pre-notified staffing needs. Our office team has diverse backgrounds and is unified on the common goal to ‘put people first’ in all we do. We utilize 25 years of experience in a defined niche sector alongside innovative IT & AI to deliver the ‘Gold Standard in Temps’ and Permanent recruitment services.
Your Role(s):
1. Daily placement of appropriate Temp staff within client locations.
2. Key Account Management and Active CRM.
3. Meeting and exceeding Temp Hour targets.
4. Managing individual staffing requests from our clients.
5. Building trusted relationships with temps and ensuring temp and client satisfaction for all placements.
6. Managing and updating individual client rotas, sharing with clients in advance.
7. Ensuring 100% fill rates on long-standing client needs – pre-bookings and day-off bookings.
8. Document Management & Database.
9. Sourcing active and passive candidates using various methods such as job portals and website registrations.
10. Evaluating candidate skills & experience to ensure they meet the required competency level for vacancies.
11. Reporting any concerns/incidents to the complaints team.
12. Attending virtual and in-person meetings as needed.
13. Providing exceptional telephone manners and quality Customer Service support to clients and field staff.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver exceptional Temp services alongside a team of three.
2. Deliver quality recruitment services for permanent recruitment in healthcare, catering, and nursing sectors.
3. Develop and maintain client relationships to drive business growth.
4. Source, screen, and engage top candidates using web and social platforms.
5. Achieve recruitment and revenue targets through daily business development and networking.
6. Communicate effectively with team members and management to deliver results.
Your Experience:
1. 2-3 years’ experience in commercial recruitment, ideally in healthcare and hospitality.
2. Proven track record in achieving recruitment targets and delivering client satisfaction.
3. Strong business development and candidate engagement skills.
4. Proficient in digital marketing and recruitment systems.
5. Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented.
6. Good communication skills, capable of managing and conveying information clearly.
7. Strong telephone skills – rapport building and persuasive communication.
8. Ability to work quickly, accurately, and consistently under pressure.
9. Great organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
10. Effective time management and prioritizing skills.

1. Achieve the company business plan of filled hours.
2. Deliver an industry-leading level of service to our clients, achieving team targets on hours, placements, temp workers, and client satisfaction levels.
3. Ensure you are a trusted people partner, prioritizing well-being for Temps, Clients, and candidates.
4. Identify safeguarding concerns at the earliest opportunity and review compliance and training documents.
