Support Worker
We are seeking a passionate Support Worker to join our team in Keady, Northern Ireland.

You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting with daily activities, providing emotional support, and helping individuals to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
* Provide emotional support and build meaningful relationships with individuals.
* Help individuals to reduce social isolation by supporting them to participate in social groups and activities.
* Support individuals with their finances, including paying bills and doing shopping.
* Work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements:
* Caring and patient attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Flexibility and ability to work a variety of shifts.
* A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
Contract Options:
We offer a range of contract options, including full-time and part-time positions. Shift times vary depending on the service, but all services are 24-hour care. We prepare rotas at least four weeks in advance, allowing you to plan your personal and social life.
Sleep-ins are available, which include an enhanced flat rate payment of £62.45.
