Key Responsibilities:
* Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to capability management and leverage insights to drive continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate capability development into talent management processes, such as performance management and succession planning.
* Manage and maintain the organization's roadmap of IT talents, trends, and skills requirements based on current and future group strategies.
* 5 plus years' experience, tech sector preferable.
* Advanced data analysis and presentation skills essential.
* Workforce planning, defining and developing a group-wide strategy.
* Background in organization design and talent management.
* Exceptional resilience, communication, and problem-solving qualities required.
