People Advisory Services (PAS) Managed Services - Operations Hub Analysts
We are seeking a talented Operations Hub Analyst to join our People Advisory Services team in Belfast. As an Operations Hub Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of managed services for our clients.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Handling customer enquiries and calls
* Logging enquiries and complaints
* Supporting administrative activities such as setting up accounts, processing bookings and generating invoices
* Proactively seeking to resolve issues and queries, escalating them where required
* Coordinating and consolidating data for MI and reporting
Requirements:
* Experience of managing administrative operations in a fast-paced environment
* Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
* Good organisational skills
