Office Manager opportunity now available within the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service (NIAS).
This is a temporary position initially for 6 months and will be based in the NIAS Headquarters in Knockbracken Healthcare Park, Saintfield Road, Belfast.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 AM - 5.00 PM with a pay rate of £15.53 per hour.
The role within NIAS will be providing a comprehensive and efficient administrative and high standard business support to the Chair, Chief Executive and Board Secretary.
Job Duties will include - Manage all correspondence coming into the Chair and Chief Executives offices Action all queries raised by external and internal stakeholders Maintain and develop an effective filing function, both manual and electronic Assist in the timely planning and organisation of corporate events Co-ordinate and draft responses, where appropriate, on behalf of the Chair and Chief Executives offices What We Need From You 5 GCSE's grades A*-C including English and Maths Possess a degree or equivalent level qualification Administrative experience extending over at least 5 years to include *2 years experience (at Band 4 or equivalent) Hold a current full driving license What We Will Offer You: Weekly pay Opportunity to work in the public sector Immediate start The Next Steps: Ciaran Kearney in our Belfast office Apply via the link First Choice is an equal opportunities employer Skills: Administrative management Microsoft Office Knowledge Full UK Driving Licence
