Market Logistics Analyst

Key Responsibilities
* Inventory Management: Responsible for all areas of inventory management, including monitoring sales, inventory adjustments, Intercompany receipts, and ensuring accurate recording in SAP. Collaborate daily with Finance, Quality, SAP functional teams, GFSS, and LSPs on inventory and Sales Order Management issues.
* Commercial Operations: Oversight of commercial rebates process with LSP and external vendors; manage industry IPHA price reductions within Pfizer and the LSP; manage commercial decisions regarding pricing and impacts to market operations; manage new product route to market selection; HSE Account Management; Allocations (Wholesale, Hospital); Resupply Dates.
* LSP Inbound Management: Provide requests and advance planning for urgent delivery slot requirements; provide copies of delivery paperwork upon request; support issues encountered at goods-inwards.
* LSP Material Attribute Maintenance: Complete and submit Change Forms for products requiring updates to license numbers or EAN numbers, in advance of the first receipt.
* LSP New Product Setup: Complete and submit NPFs (New Product Forms) to UDD KAM, including artworks and pricing (if applicable).
* LSP Surveys, Initiatives, and Meetings: Business Continuity, Controlled Substance, Dangerous Goods, EH&S, Market Sustainability, Monthly Operational and KPI performance review, Yearly GAPS review, Quality Audits.
* Managing Returns Reconciliation: Link correspondence between Pfizer and LSP regarding returns; in-depth knowledge of PHI's, HPRA guidelines, and pharma product returns; customer account relationship; reviewing each return under HPRA returns guidelines.
* Third Party Invoices; Rework Co-ordination; Transfer of product between markets; GSC Intercompany and PHI Finance; Repak; LSP Stock Count Management; Demand Planning.
Required Skill Set
* Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of ERP Systems in purchasing/planning environment; good level of competency with MS package, especially Excel; strong knowledge of SAP implementation and use, enhancing business processes/systems around this.
* Managerial Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills; planning and organizational skills; results-driven; change management.
* Certifications: IIPMM or APICS as additional qualifications.
* Education: Degree in Business.
* Experience: 3 years Purchasing or Inventory Management experience or equivalent, preferably in Pharmaceutical, Chemical, or related industries.
About the Role
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a hybrid working model. The successful candidate will work closely with the client, Pfizer, at their Dublin Ringsend site.
