As they continue to expand their footprint in healthcare communications, they are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Director to lead and inspire their healthcare team, driving strategic growth and delivering exceptional results for clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Leadership and Strategy: Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives in leading healthcare organizations, delivering expert counsel on corporate communications and reputation management. Develop and oversee the execution of integrated, multi-channel PR strategies, ensuring alignment with clients' business and communication goals. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, driving satisfaction and retention.
* Campaign Oversight: Lead the creation and implementation of high-impact campaigns, including media relations, thought leadership, crisis management, and digital strategies. Monitor and measure campaign performance, delivering insights and recommendations to optimize outcomes.
* Team Leadership and Development: Manage and inspire a talented team of communications professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. Provide mentorship, training, and growth opportunities to support individual and team development.
* Thought Leadership and Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of trends, challenges, and opportunities in the healthcare sector, leveraging insights to inform client strategies. Represent the agency as a thought leader in healthcare communications.
* Business Development: Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities within the healthcare sector. Lead the preparation and delivery of compelling proposals and pitch presentations. Partner with global and regional teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of campaigns. Contribute to the agency’s strategic direction and the development of its healthcare offering.
Key Skills and Experience
* Experience: Minimum of 8 years in public relations, with significant experience in healthcare communications. Demonstrated success in managing senior clients and delivering large-scale campaigns.
* Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Outstanding leadership and team management skills. Strong media relations expertise and a proven ability to manage crisis communications.
