Oliver James are delighted to announce we have partnered with a prominent leader in the banking sector. They are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer service agent to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have call centre or strong customer service experience.
It's important to note that this is a 3-month contract with a high likelihood of being extended or being made permanent.
What you can expect:
* Pro-actively manage assigned portfolio of cases.
* General loan administration, inbound and outbound arrears calls, assessing SFSs and drafting accurate, thorough, and concise credit reports for submission to decision makers.
* Deliver exceptional customer service.
What you need to apply:
* QFA or APA (Loans).
* Clear and concise communicator.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and deadline-driven environment.
