HR Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled HR professional to join our client's dynamic and expanding corporation in Ireland.
The Job:
* Employee engagement and query resolution
* Time and Attendance reporting
* Compensation and benefits administration
* Running recruitment campaigns
* Onboarding new hires
* Overseeing training and development programs
* HR metrics and data reporting
* Supporting the HR Manager and leadership teams
Your Skills and Experience:
* Third-level degree qualified in Human Resources or a related field
* Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience
* Experience in manufacturing or engineering environment (advantageous)
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
* Strong IT, data analysis, and HR reporting skills
* Able to drive to rural location on the Limerick/Cork border
The Offer:
This is a permanent role with a salary range from €45,000 to €50,000 based on candidate skills and experience.
The role will be fully office-based initially, with potential for one day remote work once onboarded.
