Job Description:
Are you a passionate Business Development Representative eager to revolutionize the future of work? RemotePass is seeking a dynamic individual to expand our global reach and drive growth across the SMB and mid-market US and European segments.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of introducing RemotePass to potential clients, engaging with decision-makers to articulate the value of our platform in building high-performing remote teams. You will thrive on connecting with HR leaders, talent acquisition professionals, and finance teams to discuss how RemotePass can streamline their global operations and access top talent worldwide. Your success will be measured by your ability to qualify leads, nurture relationships, and contribute to our sales pipeline.
Job Summary
Responsibilities:
* Identify and target potential clients within the EU & US region, understanding their unique needs and challenges related to remote work.
* Conduct outreach through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and social media, to generate leads and schedule meetings with prospects.
* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
* Work closely with the account executives, sales and growth teams to coordinate and assist in product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
* Utilize your creativity and drive to develop innovative sales strategies tailored to different market segments within the EU & US region.
* Accurately update and maintain CRM with prospect and opportunity information.
* Collaborate effectively with the diverse, globally distributed team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across different time zones.
* Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and competitors' offerings to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of proven experience in cold calling and e-mailing leads
* Strong knowledge of the EU & US market and business landscape
* Experience in HR tech / SaaS industry is a plus
* Mastery of inbound sales, including managing high volumes of inbound meetings and running strong discovery calls
* Proficiency in using CRM software and sales automation tools.
* Proven experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets
