The Role
Advising on a full spectrum of employment law matters, including contracts, dismissals, TUPE, discrimination, and workplace disputes.
Representing clients in litigation, mediation, and dispute resolution proceedings.
Providing strategic legal counsel to corporate clients, public sector organisations, and senior executives.
Keeping up to date with legislative changes and advising clients on employment law compliance.
Collaborating with colleagues in other practice areas on employment-related aspects of corporate transactions.
The Person
Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in employment law.
Strong experience advising on contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
Excellent technical knowledge of Irish employment law and regulatory frameworks.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
A proactive and commercially aware approach.
