Job Summary
The role of the Co-ordinator is to oversee the organization and delivery of Learning and Development activities, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate and timely management information for Learning and Development purposes.
* Manage data in line with data protection policies and procedures.
* Support the administration of external learning events, including liaison with trainers.
* Respond to Learning and Development queries from stakeholders.
* Process invoices related to Learning and Development activities.
* Take forward actions following training, such as evaluation and feedback.
* Collate information to inform responses to Assembly Questions, Freedom of Information, and Data Protection requests.
* Administer Learning and Development software packages and maintain training records.
About the Role
This temporary HR Supervisor position requires supervision of the day-to-day operation of the Learning and Development team. The ideal candidate will have a CIPD Level 3 Diploma in Human Resource Management or Learning and Development (or an equivalent qualification).
* Proficiency in communicating complex information to stakeholders in British Sign Language (BSL) or Irish Sign Language (ISL).
* At least 2 years' experience working in a Learning and Development role.
* Providing administrative support for a range of Learning and Development services to tight deadlines.
* Using effective verbal and written communication skills to explain policy and procedures to staff and managers.
* Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with key stakeholders within and outside the organization to deliver a quality HR service.
OR At least four years' experience in the areas outlined above.
