Our Company based in Ranelagh Dublin 6 is recruiting an administrator to assist our sales and accounts role. In business for 40 years, we install high-end automotive products for motor dealerships and their customers. We pride ourselves on providing a high-quality sales service and building long-lasting relationships with our customers.
Salary: €30,000 - €35,000 depending on experience
Hours: 9am – 5pm (37.50 hours per week)
20 days holidays + bank holidays
Bike to work scheme - (please note no car parking available)

The role will involve:
1. Assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the sales and accounts function
2. Answering incoming telephone calls
3. Managing daily administration tasks
4. Sales Invoice Management – generate accurate and timely sales invoices
5. Address sales invoice queries in a timely manner
6. Data Entry - Inputting purchase invoices/payments and credit card transactions
7. Assisting with debtor’s credit control
8. Supporting other administration needs of the business
9. Assist with website updating
Skills required:
1. Professional telephone manner
2. Good communication skills
3. Fluent English (written and spoken)
4. Working knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook
5. Good organisational skills
6. Work on own initiative
7. Basic bookkeeping knowledge desirable but not essential as full training will be given
8. Experience of the motor trade / automotive sector and a love for cars would be desirable but not essential
