Business Development Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team and work closely with clients in the water filter industry.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term profitable relationships with a range of customers, serving as a trusted advisor and expert in their field.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop new business opportunities through strategic planning and execution.
* Identify and pursue new opportunities in existing and complementary sectors.
* Support the bid process by providing technical and business expertise.
* Proactively develop and maintain a sales pipeline, ensuring continuous growth and success.
* Manage key accounts strategically, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
* Develop business development plans with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
* Stay ahead of customer trends and demands, adapting our strategies to meet their evolving needs.
About You:
* 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in an engineering or technical setting.
* Able to translate complex technical and business requirements into actionable plans.
* A strong technical and product background, with a deep understanding of our industry.
* Available to travel to client sites as required.
